Metro Detroit has made things by hand for a hundred years, and the trades around us are among the best in the country. Many of the companies on our sites have worked with us for decades. We are always looking for more of them.

Safe, orderly sites, clear drawings, decisions made before you’re on the clock, and a superintendent who knows your trade well enough to ask the right questions.
Your work will be seen
Our clients notice the joint, the return, the coursing. So do we. The masons who matched a century-old wall on the lake house are the reason it won a national award, and they know it.
The relationship is long
Four out of five of our projects come from past clients. The trades we trust come back with us, house after house, year after year.
Who we’re looking for
Every trade that touches a fine house.
Masonry, framing, roofing, and exterior trim. Plaster, tile, stone, and finish carpentry. Cabinetry and millwork. Mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and low-voltage. Painting, flooring, glazing, metalwork, landscape, and hardscape.
Licensed and insured, with references from work at this level. Size doesn’t matter; the quality of the finished work and how you conduct yourself on a site do.
